EIA 2026 Call for Presentations Application

The Environmental Information Association is proud to announce our EIA 2026 National Conference & Exhibition at the Hyatt Regency Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ, March 11-14, 2026.

We are now accepting technical presentation applications for the EIA 2026 Conference!

Please complete the application to submit your presentation for consideration for the EIA 2026 National Conference & Exhibition. 

All presentation submissions must be in by December 31, 2025, including the application, a brief bio (maximum of 75 words), and one-page abstract. 

Speakers agree to use the EIA 2026 Conference PowerPoint template in the presentations, to provide a copy of their PowerPoint to EIA, and consent to session recording for potential distribution to EIA Conference Registrants via the EIA YouTube Channel or closed EIA Conference webpage. Speakers also agree to attend the Presentation Skills Seminar on March 11, price included in registration.
